Apartment Diamante is situated in a quiet apartment complex within a ten minute walk of the small resort. There you will find some lovely restaurants and shops to browse. It has a free car park right in front of the block and a lovely rooftop pool which very few people use. Nearby is a family bakery (the ciabatta is as light as a cloud) but the supermarket is a short car ride away. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony where we ate every day. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering and has a large fridge freezer. Everything was super clean, including the oven. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious with hair dryers and a washing machine. I requested an extra hand towel each and the agent delivered them the next day. The agent also provided superb pictorial instructions as to how to find the apartment so we had no difficulty whatsoever in locating it.The stay would have been improved if a handbook for the air conditioning was available. It wasn't until two days before we left that we discovered how it works. Also, the hot water was sometimes a bit of a mystery, especially in the kitchen. A few basics such as salt and pepper and/or herbs would have helped too as we had to buy everything from scratch although a welcome pack containing olive oil and washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets was provided. Having said that, we would definitely return to this apartment as the aspect,looking at the lake through the trees, is wonderful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison de vacances. La maison est agréable, bien équipée et dispose d’une belle piscine, idéale pour se détendre. Elle est située à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique. La région est magnifique, avec beaucoup de choses à découvrir. Nous recommandons vivement !

Es war eine tolle Woche in schöner Umgebung. Nach den Ausflügen haben wir das gut ausgestattete Haus und den Pool genossen. Zudem war das Zentrum von Isle sur la Sorgue bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Très bon séjour

La maison est conforme à la description, agréable, bien fournie et à 15 min du centre-ville. La voie ferrée à proximité est peu dérangeante. Un grand merci au service de conciergerie (Elodie et Bernard) dont les services étaient d'une qualité rare.

Besoin d informations sur environnement proche

Pour la location tout était conforme à la description. En revanche, aucune indication sur l environnement proche , c est a dire les nuisances très priches: maison située entre une route assez fréquentée et le train. Les deux, train et route à seulement une 50taine de mètres. Indication essentielle qui ne peut être ignorer.

Bonjour Rachel, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire constructif que nous prenons en compte. Nous sommes quelque peu surpris de ce retour. En effet, le jour de votre départ, vous avez évoqué avec nous votre satisfaction globale. Sur l'annonce, une carte est disponible. Elle permet de situer au mieux l'habitation. Elle montre la présence des voies ferrées. Surtout, grâce à elle, il est possible de voir que la propriété est en périphérie de ville et proche d'une route. En été, des villes comme Isle sur la Sorgue sont très animées est parfois un peu bruyantes il est vrai. Aux dires des locataires précédents et actuels, le trafic ferroviaire (TER) n'est pas intense et ne constitue pas vraiment un problème. Nous pouvons cependant admettre que le passage d'un train peut être une gêne auditive occasionnelle. Malheureusement, encore une fois, nous ne sommes pas situés en rase campagne mais bien en ville. Les locataires de ces lieux sont majoritairement satisfaits. Certains ont déjà réservé pour la saison prochaine. Le bon rapport qualité-prix et la proximité du centre-ville sont des atouts majeurs de cette demeure. Cela en fait son succès et se traduit par une forte demande de réservation. Quelques travaux sont effectivement à prévoir. Cependant, les prix de location pratiqués en 2021 sur cette habitation tiennent compte des éléments évoqués. Des travaux sont d'ores et déjà programmés à la fin de la saison pour pouvoir encore mieux vous accueillir l'an prochain. Nous ne manquerons pas de tenir compte de vos remarques.
