This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village, so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is also a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area is a great place to relax after an active day, and it features a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are provided The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, and a door separates the shower/tub combination from the toilet area for added privacy. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Colorado Christmas Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, well taken care off and had all the necessities and essentials. Location was amazing to just go downstairs for dinner and things to do. The only thing is the fireplace did not work and mornings were pretty cold. Other than that it was soo close to so many amenities.

Well stocked condo. Great view out the front of the little lake below and the mountains. We even saw a moose swim across the lake. Easy access to the lake Dillon bike trail system. We rode all over the area.

Beautiful fall retreat for a conference!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was lovely and the views, balcony, and walkability were all perfect. I was able to run home between workshops to grab a notebook I'd forgotten or to get some work done during breaks. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance around the lake that had limited hours, but that was a great perk. Everything worked great and they had plenty of extra pillows, some box fans, humidifiers and blankets which was very thoughtful.

Summer Vacay to Keystone

Property was in need of some TLC, nothing major but refresh of furniture and paint, window trims etc. Deck is so small it’s not really even usable. Location was good and easy to access.

Our stay was extremely short, but great!! The place was just as described. Other reviews helped me prepare for the fact that many mountain condos don’t have AC. We made sure to open a couple of windows and run the provided box fans while we unpacked and settled it. It cooled off nicely. We didn’t have time to use any amenities this trip, but would definitely stay in this unit 1545 again!
