The loft bedroom on the second floor offers a cozy retreat with a Queen Bed and a 43" Smart streaming TV for entertainment.
The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. The kitchen is open to the dining room where a 50" Smart Streaming TV can be enjoyed from almost every angle. The living room features a comfortable sofa and chairs, as well as a game nook that provides hours of fun with family and friends.
Outside, the cottage offers two decks for relaxation and entertainment. The rear deck is surrounded by trees and greenery, providing a private and peaceful outdoor space. It's the perfect spot for grilling dinner and enjoying a meal outdoors. The front deck offers views of the neighborhood and is the perfect spot for relaxing on cool summer nights and enjoying the breeze off the lake.

Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
