Central location with a tram stop outside the front door. Convenient for food options and shopping as well. The place was clean, however not very well ventilated (due to absence of windows). Only one sliding door leading to a balcony with a view to a side street and fumes from stores below. Hallway very acoustic, however not a bad stay.
