Pricing starts from $85 per head per night at adult capacity (two-night minimum stay).

Special conditions and information:

Events to be pre approved, No smoking indoors, Swing for toddlers only, $500 refundable bond required, any damages or extra cleaning will mean deductions from the bond upon receipt. Check in 3pm-check out 10am. Noise to be kept low outside after 10pm.

**NOTE: Small creek located at rear of section (through gate) - children must be supervised**

NOTE: Please bring your own beach towels. Extra blankets in winter are also advised to bring along if you would like a bit more warmth.
