Daughter really enjoyed feeding the animals on the farm. We loved our stay but couldn't get on the wifi in the cottage but that was no big issue for us.
4 Adults and 1 child. Only a quick stop over to go whale watching the next morning (very convenient).
The host was lovely. The cottage was rustic but comfortable and cosy.
We will need to try and come back and enjoy the activities on offer.

It was a fun experience to feed all sort of animals in the morning.
The room is old and typical farm cottage. But it has everything a modern facility that we need. I.e. hot shower, heat pump, TV, kitchen appliances.
Recommended for short stay !

Quirky
Prob cos we are new to this .. we thought fully restored was more than what it was ... (but after the promised wifi was sorted) relaxation kicked in and the stay was a great experience

Should be described as very rustic. Overall it was fine however the arrival procedures need somework
Rustic but needs updating with emphasis on equirements of customers rather than what is easier for owner. Animal feeding was much enjoyed by USA visitors. Holes in floors boards just covered over by carpet needs to be looked at as well as kitchen appliance update for safety concerns.

Fantastic, friendly owners and staff! We felt very welcome.
Fantastic, friendly owners and staff! We felt very welcome. Loved spending time with the animals in the farm park. Great toys for the kids. The farmhouse was very comfortable with a roaring fire and great beds. Look forward to our next stay in the teepee, colonial wagon or yurt! Thanks!
