Enjoy the restaurants, cafes and shops, there’s even a swimming pool and bowling club. For those with a passion for the outdoors, the beautiful Arrow River, hiking, biking and walking trails are right at your doorstep.

Our private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is furnished with high-quality fixtures. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and two living spaces for your comfort.

The house is spacious, comfortable and warm, offering both indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor veranda is a family favourite, complete with comfy lazy-boy chairs perfect for relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea, or a glass of local wine. The split-level design provides plenty of quiet areas for recharging, as well as generous spaces for playing cards or a game of Scrabble.

Other things to note:
Arrowtown is a vibrant little village with a rich history and all the amenities you could need. It's just a 20-minute drive from Queenstown, close to three ski fields, and boasts three first-class golf courses nearby. The area is also home to many renowned Central Otago wineries. There's so much to do and see here, no matter the season!

The house is sunny, comfortable, and located right in the heart of peaceful Arrowtown. You'll enjoy stunning views from every window, taking in the colourful Arrowtown Hills, the Remarkables mountain range and Coronet Peak. It's just a 5-minute walk to the town centre, river, swimming pool and tennis courts. By car, it's only 5 minutes to award-winning wineries, Millbrook, Ayrburn and Arrowtown golf courses, and 20 minutes to the exciting buzz of Queenstown.

There are many events to enjoy in Arrowtown, including golf tournaments, the Motatapu weekend, Autumn festivals, Winter festivals, and Jazz festivals. It's a fantastic spot for a family holiday and relaxation.
