Relax and enjoy this fabulous sunny bach with spacious new kitchen and separate lounge leading through French doors to deck area. South wing consists of 2 bedrooms - great place for the kids to chill out whilst adults enjoy the north facing living areas.Third bedroom is the largest and adjoins the newly renovated bathroom.
Awesome covered patio area to cook the bbq and dine under even if "sun showers" turn up unexpected.
Great indoor-outdoor flow to fully fenced, flat road front section. Plenty of space for parking cars, boat etc. or a game of backyard cricket. Very quiet, family friendly street.
Central to Whangamata surf club beach (8 min walk) and estuary (6 min walk). Nearby swimming pool, tennis courts, shop and golf course. 15 min walk to town for cafes, bars and retail shopping.
Come and enjoy a relaxing time in a great home away from home.

We had a great stay thank you for having us. Just a quick note with all the rain they had last week your front drain closest to the front door was blocked and there was a lot of flooding when we arrived water came all the way up to the front door. my husband cleared the drain (used to be a plumber) which helped but might be worth keeping an eye on especially with heavy rain.

A great weekend was had by all. The layout of the property was just what we needed with having a couple of little ones with us and the fully enclosed section was awesome. Loved the decor, especially the different tiles and pictures on the walls. One suggestion would be to include a cleaning fee as with little ones it is far easier to pack up and be able to leave without worrying about the cleaning, otherwise everything was great. Thank you

Lovely holiday home

Perfect spot for our family holiday. Kid friendly as it is quiet and there is a gate to keep in the toddlers. Also has a portacot and highchair. Two toilets is awesome to have with a handful of people staying. Kitchen has all the necessities. Owners were very accomodating to our needs. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for your lovely home.

Once again a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need (a home away from home) as well as space to move around. It would be handy to have a bike or a kayak to borrow while there for a short stay. Nevertheless we look forward to another visit in the future. Thanks Jacki.
