The Space:

Lakeville Lodge is a massive 4,000 square foot log chalet nestled on over 8 secluded acres, providing the perfect retreat for families and friends. Located just minutes from Motorized Lake Wallenpaupack, this property offers a blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal getaway. With historic towns like Hawley and Honesdale nearby, guests can enjoy a variety of activities, from water sports to dining at local restaurants.



This lodge is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spacious open floor plan across three levels. Guests can unwind in the 7-person hot tub, enjoy the arcade machine, or gather around the outdoor fire pit. The indoor wood-burning fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for evenings spent indoors.

Lakeville Lodge is pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. The property has a minimum age requirement of 25 years for the majority of guests, with exceptions for families with children. Guests can enjoy grocery delivery through the Rosie app from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA.

Getting Around:

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $999 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
