Perfect spot that met our needs perfectly! Street parking is TIGHT, but even when needing to park a little further away there was no concern with the walk back as the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Always felt safe. George was an amazing host and very responsive to all questions and offers to assist!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our anniversary vacation to Chicago. A big part of this was due to our host, George. George was extremely polite and communicative, providing instructions for a smooth check in process, even offering recommendations in the area. The place was roomy and very clean, with multiple amenities. The location is placed around all of the wonderful places and attractions Chicago and the surrounding area have to offer. Would definitely recommend and even look forward to booking with George again on future visits.

Hello and Welcome. Thank you for taking the time to browse.

I am a genuine enthusiast that has a passion for real estate but more importantly, a strong believer that Family ALWAYS comes first and that everyone should be treated equally, with dignity and respect… just like Family.

I love hosting, being kind to others, meeting new people, and learning new things each and every day. I also enjoy networking, fellowship, being a parent, sports, camping, boating, motorcycles, laughing, and trying new delicious meals. I grew up and lived most of my life in the north/west side of Chicago, and there’s no place like it. I love this city and I hope you will too!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and learn a little more about myself. I hope you choose to stay in one of my units during your visit and allow me to help make your stay an enjoyable and pleasant one. I look forward to having you as my guest.

With warm regards,
