Modern 2 storey holiday home right on Ocean Road. Beach access to the safe, fabulous and famous Ohope Beach is just 50 metres down the driveway and the house is situated at the eastern end of Ocean Road.

Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with lots of glass to maximise the light and the views. Gas hobs and gas hot water so no-one misses out on showers and there is also an outside hot shower as well. Great sea views from the large upstairs child friendly deck and the kitchen has fabulous views too. All upstairs bedrooms have sea views and you can step out on to the deck from the master bedroom. Master bedroom has it's own toilet and vanity unit ensuite. Separate shower and toilet downstairs. Double glazing keeps the house warm even if it's a bit cooler outside. Sky TV includes Sport channels but not Movies. Free Wifi is available as well.

A 150 metre walk to the Port Ohope licensed Cafe/General Store/Takeaways and Ohiwa Harbour. 400 metres to the Ohiwa Wharf, Fishermans Wharf licensed Restaurant and Top 10 Holiday Camp. The Boat Ramp and the 18 hole Ohope International Golf Course are less than 2km away. A lovely holiday home in a great spot with all the mod cons.

Everyday linen is not provided, please being your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, etc. There are plenty of duvets and bed coverings available for you to use.
