The house itself is great, but the expensive linen service was very disappointing. I would recommend the house, it's a great setup, but bring your own linen as the linen provided was not clean and nor were the beds made up.

Please note that during busy periods, the cleaners may drop off the freshly washed linen but not make up the beds, and this is noted in the listing during peak times. All linen is professionally cleaned and checked before delivery, and when we followed up with the cleaning team during your stay, they confirmed the linen had been freshly laundered. Enjoyable

The house is huge and presented well.The only suggestions we would make is to add one more double bed in one of the bunk rooms. Some minor issues we found, the house should be aired out a few days before someone checks in, especially if it hasnt been used in the off season. There were 2 empty gas bottles for the bbq, those should be full if the bbq is a feature and more toilet paper needs to be provided. A bit more of a clean is also needed, dusty fans, oily over knobs and coffee machine. But apart from that the house is great! Very spacious for the kids to play in and for the adults to have a break. Decorated well.Decent parking space. 2km to smiths beach. I would definitely recommend for people to stay here. It was great!!!!!
