Gated community with access control, security cameras, and wonderful views for walking tours on the internal streets. House with a large garden, infinity pool with solar heating for climate control. Barbecue area next to the pool. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Large deck next to the pool with sun loungers. High-quality bed linens and towels in all bedrooms. Super-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, such as air fryer, coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer plus freezer in the pantry. TV room on the mezzanine with sofa bed and cable TV. High-speed internet throughout the house. Living room with several areas, dining room next to the barbecue area. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
