Cleanliness and maintenance are very important to us, so we were disappointed to learn about the BBQ, kitchen, and dishwasher. These issues have been followed up with our cleaning team to ensure they’re properly addressed. The blinds have also been fixed, and we appreciate you letting us know. The home is regularly treated for pests, but as it’s located in a coastal/bush area, insects can occasionally appear. That said, we’re organising an additional treatment to minimise this going forward. We understand how unsettling that can feel. We also want to reassure guests that the property is routinely inspected and maintained. We take your concerns seriously and will be arranging further checks to ensure everything is in good order. Additional plates and kitchen items have now been added so the home is better set up for larger groups.
