About this property

Fantastic Location on Orkney Rd

This 4 bedroom home is in an excellent location. It is a 5 minute walk to Blake Park and 2-minute walk to the beach. The supermarket, shops, park and school are all only a wee short walk away. Our house has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and flooring. It has open plan living with bifold doors opening out onto a private patio, spa and grassed area. All fully fenced so perfect for young families. There is plenty of off road parking for cars/boat. 4 bedrooms upstairs with all modern comforts of home. Book now for the school holidays.
Special conditions:
This is not a party house, this is our family home. Families and professional couples only . 4 night minimum over summer period.

This was a fantastic place and a great location. Close to the Mount but far away enough not to feel crowded. The Nee World down the road and the coffee cart a few houses down was awesome! Beach access is great.

Great place to stay, we were two families of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed time in the Mount. A great base for exploring, one block back from the beach and a great cafe. A short drive or walk down to the Mount. Comfortable house with everything we needed and great indoor / outdoor living. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great beach house

We had a lovely stay, the perfect size for our group of ladies. The spa was a bonus, the beds comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Kirstin communicated arrangements promptly and accurately.

Great location

A short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed for a fun filled family holiday. Fantastic host and great communication. Was a lovely touch to find a bottle of bubbles and chocolates when we arrived. The host even couriered back some things we had left behind. Only issue was the Council general rubbish bins are tiny and only collected fortnightly but rubbish bags can be used. Would totally recommend staying here.

Perfect beach holiday home

We couldn’t have asked for more with this great holiday home at the Mt. It’s an easy walk to the beach with little kids and the house itself has a great layout. You can sit outside and listen to the ocean at night with a very private and fully fenced backyard. Kirstin and Paul were amazing hosts and we would love to stay again. Thanks for letting us create such great memories.

Great Stay

We had a lovely holiday while staying in Kirstin and Paul's home. It suited our family perfectly, close to the beach and supermarket and even the cricket which was being played in Mt Maunganui. We would suggest some beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach as we presumed (our fault) that there would be some available. The spa pool was an added bonus being used most evenings. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
