With three generous bedrooms, there’s space for everyone to spread out and relax. All bedrooms include air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Rain or shine, there’s plenty here to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy a friendly game of foosball or mini pool, settle in with your favourite shows across three TVs with streaming services including Netflix, Prime, and Stan, or head outside for a relaxed evening around the firepit toasting marshmallows under the stars. For something more active, take advantage of the provided kayaks and explore the nearby waterways at your own pace.

The home’s open living area is designed for comfort and connection, with a cosy couch, coffee table, and a TV with free-to-air and streaming services, all supported by air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. A four-seater dining table and inviting outdoor dining space make shared meals easy and enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including an oven and gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, filtered water tap, a full set of utensils and cutlery, and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor cooking.

A well-appointed bathroom and separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer add to the convenience, while towels, a hairdryer, and travel essentials are all provided for a comfortable stay. The location places you within easy reach of multiple beaches and lakes, parks, and popular paddle spots, with local shops, cafes, and bottle shops close by and the local pub just a pleasant walk away.

Set in a convenient yet laid-back pocket, the home is only a short stroll from supermarkets, cafes, and local shops, while the surrounding coastline and waterways create a beautiful natural setting for your holiday. Many amenities are within walking distance, though having a car is recommended if you’d like to explore more of the surrounding beaches, lakes, and coastal attractions.

This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay.

Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.

All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.

The pictures of the property advertised were very misleading. The lack of cleanliness in the kitchen drawers, soiled blankets & cushions, was disappointing. Backyard full of bindis and old cigarette butts. I was definitely overcharged and would lower my standards of staying there. The company have not been supported of my experience & refused to refund me. Offering a 10% discount or voucher for next time. No thank you!
