RETREAT FEATURES; • Accommodates a maximum of 12 people • Well-appointed, spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area to take in the picturesque views of the river - all boasting amazing river views • 4 generously sized bedrooms, with either double, queen or bunk beds • Fireplace in lounge room & split system air conditioners in main living area and each bedroom • Two toilets and one bathroom • Spacious balcony with spectacular views of the river and beautiful sunsets/sunrises • Undercover outdoor entertaining area down by the river with BBQ facilities • Lawned area near the river's edge • 10 Kayaks available for guests to use, however you will be required to bring your own life jackets • Private pontoon for mooring your boat or jet ski • Nildottie boat ramp 100m away

There are many attractions around Nildottie, that include the International Dark Sky Reserve, Historical aboriginal board walk around Nildottie cliffs, Punyelroo caves & local dirtbike tracks only a kilometre away.
Swan Reach and Walker Flat are 10 minutes away in each direction for ferry access, general store, bottle shop & fuel supplies.

The property was an amazing place to stay, housed 9 of us comfortably, beautiful spot on the river and a great jetty to moor the boat. Sherrie was very welcoming and communication was easy. Thanks again for having us!
It was a pleasure to have Brodie & his guests come and stay at 'The Lookout'. They were very respectful of the property & Brodie was a great with communication. I would recommend Brodie to any future host.
