A beautifully restored grand old mansion, centrally located, only 5-10 mins walk to town and riverside walkways. Good views over Nelson from the Ballroom (where guests have breakfast.) Hosts are enthusiastic to share about the building's history and the restoration process.

Nick and Jenny have owned the beautiful Warwick House in Nelson for 20 years now.
It has been a family home that has been much enjoyed by many.
Currently we rent most of the guest suites for medium to long term - but over this summer our amazing 'Bayview Suite' will be available for a limited period.

We are great travelers ourselves and have lived in Europe and Asia for nearly 20 years altogether. Our oldest daughter Dani still lives at the house and takes care of most things for us.
We live out at the beach at Ruby Bay - Our house there is also for rental over a few weeks in summer when we are traveling. - See 'Absolute Beachfront Ruby Bay' here or our own website .

Warwick House faces north and looks over the city, 5 mins walk and 2 mins drive to the central city. 5 mins drive to the main beach.
Very quiet and secure area.
