While the clear winter air or the first spring flowers beckon outside, you can enjoy the mild winter sun on the wind-protected terrace, away from prying eyes, or the soothing warmth in the sun-drenched rooms with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is also an ideal starting poit for those who value sustainability and prefer to travel by train. Amazing view, spacious apartment, and lovely owner

Meran is such a beautiful city and this apartment is a great place to see it. The big windows and terraces of this apartment make for fabulous views. This apartment is not only comfortable but sizable. We were also happy to have so much space as we brought a lot of hiking gear and luggage. It is also very close to the pedestrian trails that lead to the city center. Walking to the city center for dinner was great fun. Margarete was kind to explain the places she thought our kids would enjoy most for hiking. She also told us where to find a quick bite and where to go for the great food. She gave us great advice. We travel a lot and this apartment is a winner.

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Waalweg war perfekt für unsere Wanderungen - auch in die Stadt selbst. Die Gastgeberin hat gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Rückfragen wurden immer schnell und zufriedebstellend beantwortet. In der Wohnung gab es viele Info-Unterlagen für Aktivitäten. Das tägliche Frühstück auf dem Balkon bei Sonnenschein im Oktober haben wir sehr genossen. Wir hatten einen schöben Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.

Erholsame zwei Wochen trotz Sommerhitze!Wir haben uns in der tollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage - Laufnähe zur Innenstadt (ca. 20 Minuten), aber auch gute Busanbindungen (kostenlos mit Südtirolpass). Das Auto stand die ganze Zeit im kostenlos angebotenen Parkhaus. Traumhafter Ausblick von den Balkonen auf die umliegenden Berge. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Frau Laimer, die uns auch prima Tipps gab.

Wundervoller Blick!

Wir konnten den Urlaub genießen, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Wir bekamen einen Parkplatz im kühlen Parkhaus mit der bereitgestellten parkkarte. Ansonsten konnte man auch oben an der Straße parken. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter. Wohnung gepflegt, hat alles was man braucht. Reichlich Informationsmaterial in der Wohnung. Toller Ausblick auf Meran und Umgebung. Gute Mobilität durch das Gästeticket. Parkplatz im Parkhaus etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, unbewachte nähere Parkmöglichkeiten in der Plantastrasse. Insgesamt können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Urlaub in Meran sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhig gelegenen Mehrparteienkomplex am Rand von Obermais. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Einfach nur wunderschön !

Alles sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist ruhig, landschaftlich toll gelegen, ein unheimlich schöner Blick. Wir konnten vor der Wohnung in Ruhe ausladen und dann mit einer Parkkarte ganz in der Nähe kostenlos parken. Die Eigentümerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Top Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Somit hat man von den großen Balkonen einen super Ausblick wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Alles da, was man braucht. Leider findet man nicht immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Aber wir konnten kostenlos in der Parkgarage parken. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben oft die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzt- auch umsonst- da Meran viel Verkehr hat. Es war super entspannt mit den Bussen zu allen Highlights zu kommen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar spontan früher am 1. Tag in die Wohnung gelassen uns die Obstschale mit Äpfeln gefüllt. Ansonsten kann man sämtliche Wanderkarten, die in der Wohnung liegen, ausleihen und nutzen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub.

Erholung pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Räume (2 SZ, Diele, Wohnraum und Küche) sind großzügig und funktional geschnitten (ca. 80 qm) , das gesamte Objekt wurde aufwändig saniert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der rundum laufende überdachte Balkon hat den ganzen Tag über Sonne, die man je nach Bedarf durch eine Markise steuern kann. Der Blick auf Meran und die in parkähnlichen Gärten umliegenden Häuser fördert zusätzlich die Erholung. Die Vermieterin stellte einen gesicherten Garagenplatz im nahen Zentrum sowie das Meranticket zur Verfügung, wodurch die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr erleichtert wurde. Einzige Einschränkung ist das Bad (klein), das eine Nutzung der Wohnung durch mehrere einander nicht sehr vertraute Personen vielleicht erschweren könnte. Ansonsten können wir nur eine große Empfehlung aussprechen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung im 4. Stock mit toller Aussicht auf Berge und Täler. Sehr praktische und gut durchdachte offene Küche. Alles da und tip top in Ordnung. Viele Sitz- und Essensmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. Wunderschön und ruhig oberhalb des Zentrums von Meran gelegen. Gute Anbindung (Bus) und guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Touren. Perfekter Panoramablick

Penthouse ist keine Übertreibung. Von drei Balkonen aus (zwei zusammenhängend) bis nach Eppan, ins Ultental, in das Vinschgau und ins Passeiertal blicken zu können, ist schon etwas ganz Besonderes. Die moderne Wohnung war für uns zu zweit optimal, aber auf jeden Fall auch familiengeeignet. Klaustrophobisch sollte man im kleinen, engen Aufzug bis in die 4. Etage nicht sein und ein Mindestmaß an Fitness ist für Obermais auch wichtig. Notfalls lässt sich aber auch alles gut mit Bussen erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall genossen.

Wunderschöne Wohnug in Traumlage

Wir durften im August Gast in der wunderschönen ruhig gelegenen Wohnung sein. Der persönliche Empfang und die Ereichbarkeit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, nur wirkt sie im Original viel geräumiger. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett. Das Beste sind jedoch die Balkone mit dem traumhaften Ausblick über Meran. Wir kommen wieder.

Super Fewo mit Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in einem Park ähnlichen Gelände. Alle Räume sind sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, auch die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das absolute Highlight dieser Wohnung sind die drei Balkone mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Meran und deren schönen Bergwelt. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Rotwein und eine prall gefüllte Schale mit Äpfeln und Birnen auf dem Esstisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt organisiert über die Nachbarin der Fewo. Sie stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Fazit: Es war alles rund um gelungen, einfach ein Aufenthalt zum Genießen und Wohlfühlen. Jederzeit wieder!!! Achim & Kai

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand

Die FeWo ist im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, mit tollem Balkon und Blick auf die Stadt und Berge. Zu Fuß in die Stadt braucht man etwa 30 Minuten. Alles war liebevoll hergerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Ferienwoche.

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang mit einem grandiosen Blick auf Meran und die Berge mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und guten Betten 3 Balkonen und sehr ruhig gelegen man kann sowohl zu Fuß oder mit dem Buss und einem kostenlosen Ticket seine Ausflüge machen Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit wir kommen gerne wieder

Perfekte Osterwoche

Die Fewo entspricht genau dem einladenden Internetauftritt. Zur freundlichen Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Rotwein und leckere Äpfel. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung und den umliegenden Balkonen ist fantastisch und sucht in Meran seinesgleichen. Alle Räume sind sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, so dass wir gerne wieder kommen. Großes Lob an die Vermieterin!

Herbstzauber in Meran

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit wunderschönen Blick über Meran und ist komplett mit einem Balkon umgeben. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles im allen waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Sehr saubere und aufgeräumte FeWo. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarin. Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum (Bozener Tor) etwa 28'. Exponierte Lage über der Stadt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen Richtung Meran 2000 und Schenna.
