Was ok just for an overnight stay. Host didn’t reply to any messages so we found it difficult to communicate, had to call the actual stayz helpline to get in touch.

The place was a great size. Comfortable beds. Handy location to our family and shops. Would have rates 5 stars if the place was clean, however the cleanliness really let it down. The floors were disgustingly dirty. They need a good scrub. The sheets need replacing as there's stains and holes in some sheets. The cutlery was grotty. No dishwasher which is fine so long as there is clean dishes to start with. When your 5yo complains of dirty feet and hour after having a bath on the first night there, there's a problem. Replace your cleaners and we would stay again.
