Nathalie a été accueillante. Elle nous a gentiment proposé d'utiliser sa piscine avec la chaleur horrible qu'il a faite et avec nos 2 petits enfants. Néanmoins, le logement lui même n'était pas très propre, la cuisine tres sommairement équipée. La climatisation par le sol ne rafraîchissant que peu une chambre et il faisait chaud ds la chambre mezzanine. Le salon extérieur etait très sale avec des toiles d'araignées partout, de la poussière sur la table et les chaises. Le barbecue n'est qu'un tas de rouille et inutilisable.

Bonjour Pascale, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Je suis toutefois surprise par vos remarques concernant le salon extérieur et le barbecue. Le barbecue avait été utilisé par les voyageurs précédents, qui en étaient très satisfaits, et je n'avais reçu aucun signalement à ce sujet. Quant au salon extérieur, il est entretenu régulièrement. En cette période de fortes chaleurs, quelques toiles d'araignées peuvent réapparaître très rapidement malgré un nettoyage soigné. Par ailleurs, à votre depart, le pommeau de douche était cassé. Je n'en ai pourtant pas fait état et je l'ai remplacé sans vous en tenir rigueur vous auriez put me le signaler. Enfin, face aux températures exceptionnellement élevées, je vous ai proposé gratuitement l'accès à ma piscine afin de rendre votre séjour plus agréable, geste commercial que j'ai fait avec plaisir. Je prends néanmoins vos remarques en considération et continuerai à faire le maximum pour offrir à mes voyageurs un accueil de qualité. Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation

Un séjour à la campagne...

Logement idéal pour ceux qui sont à la recherche du calme dans la campagne varoise. Conforme aux photos et grande terrasse très appréciable ! Hôte communicante et très arrangeante .
