It is set on a full section with back yard securely fenced for children and dogs. 8 minutes walk from either estuary or beach with plenty of parking for cars / boats. The bach iteslf is fairly compact but there are 3 decks for maximum outdoor living .

Bikes are available for your use (adult/youth size)

Special conditions:
Families preferred. Rear of section with outdoor living areas is securely fenced for children or medium/large dogs (small dogs may get under gate).

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
