Comfortable large sectional sofa, with window benches and stunning views. Lower level also has a Family/ Entertainment room with a large sectional sofa, 75" Smart TV, linear gas fireplace with walkout to lower patio and hot tub area.

Kitchen: There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The main level kitchen offers a suite of stainless steel appliances. Viking dishwasher, gas 5 burner cooktop, a gas oven and an electric oven, professional separate freezer with ice maker and refrigerator. Kitchen island seating, and lovely granite countertops with plenty of meal prep and entertaining space. Butler's pantry adjacent to kitchen with granite countertops and additional appliances, food storage, as well as a soft ice machine.
Walk out to the main deck with a WIFI wood pellet smoker, lots of outdoor seating and of course, stunning views.

Dining Room: Custom dining table next to kitchen with seating for 12 and plenty of natural light and views. Enjoy the soothing water and mountain views while dining.

Sauna Room: Lower level at base of stairs is a full Sauna Room with 3 bench seats. This Custom Finnish Sauna has a stylish tinted glass door and heater which uses heated rocks to allow a light steam to relax tired muscles and improve your overall health and well being. When your experience is complete an exhaust fan can be switched on to clear the room.

Hot Tub: Yes, there is a hot tub situated on lower level patio. You won't have to brave the elements to get in and out of this tub. Being covered and close to walkout doors, you can still enjoy the mountain and lake views.
