About this property

Bach No. 5 at Sunny Riversdale

Arguably one of the best baches at Riversdale offering private access to the beach. Bach No.5 has a great layout for families with open plan living downstairs and an adults 'retreat' upstairs with seaviews.

Riversdale has a long sandy beach with rock pools at each end. It is a great beach to explore, swim, surf, fish, and to collect paua and crayfish. Surf Livesaver's patrol the beach during Summer and are located just a short stroll along the beach.

Modern kitchen with open plan living flowing to large outdoor decking area through bi-fold doors. A log burner makes Bach No.5 especially cosy for winter beach escapes.

Quality Bedding on all beds, Fairydown blankets and duvets, with an assortment of soft rugs and Mohair blankets. All beds are fresh and comfortable.

3 bedrooms in bach, sleeping up to 8 guests. NB: Bach is more suited for max 4 adults + children.

- 11 December to 10 February $380 per night for 4 people, extras $30 each, 5 night minimum
Special conditions:
- No pets.
- Tents and Caravans not permitted.
- Smoking outside only.
- No functions or parties involving more people than paying guests without prior written consent.
- Remove all rubbish and recycling when you leave.
- A Bond of $200 (refundable after your stay) is payable direct to the owners.

Super stay in Riversdale

This bach is like a home away from home with every amenity we could have needed. It’s super spacious, bright and comfortable and less than a minute to the beach, shop and coffee caravan. The reading alcove with views is the best!

Perfect Riversdale getaway

Ideal property for a sunny, relaxed break. Walk across the road to the shop for supplies and walk up over the dunes for direct beach access. Perfect for us and our teenage children

Perfect comfortable family getaway.

Great location, tucked out of the wind and with own beach access! Comfortable tidy bach, perfect for getaway with 3 adults and 5 young kids in the bunkroom. We loved the large lounge, upstairs relaxing nook with a view, and great to have plenty of cooking equipment, bbq and firewood to use on one chilly night. Note, one of the double rooms only has a curtain in doorway not a full door which was unexpected but not a big deal for us.

This was a great place to stay - we were a bit surprised to find no wi-fi and that it's not really very private - your lawn area is a communal space. Those things don't really detract from the house - they just took us by surprise and are worth being aware of. Otherwise, it was a lovely step back in time - we absolutely loved our time there and would happily re-visit.

Great location, great house, wonderful break. We had an awesome stay mid December. The house has everything you need to quickly relax and settle into the beach life. We would highly recommend it.
