The queen bed sits alongside a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV (Freeview + DVD), making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the vineyards. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and full crockery, ideal for simple meals and quiet evenings in.



Glass doors open to a sheltered outdoor patio with seating, surrounded by native plants, creating a private spot for morning coffee or an easy afternoon drink.



The studio’s position, just minutes from the beach, village cafés, shops, and ferry, makes it perfect for guests wanting convenience without sacrificing peace and privacy.

Taxis and shuttles are available but limited at peak times.



Parking is available at the property if you bring a car.

Relaxing but close to everything

Our aprtment was great for two and for exploring Waiheke. Great walks from the location, and short walks to restaurants and bus.

Tutiri was a good springboard for us on Waiheke. Great for accessing wineries and restaurants as we had a car and close to a gorgeous little swimming beach. Limited cooking facilities but we didn't mind that at all.

Delightful wee cottage right in the heart of Oneroa but somehow still feels private and peaceful. Immaculate in its cleanliness and decor. We had such a lovely weekend away, can’t wait to come back again!
