Located in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, in the heart of the Jordanne Valley, this holiday rental for 4 to 12 people welcomes you to the centre of a historic village (featuring a Romanesque church in St. Cirgues-de-Jordanne). The ground floor features a large living room/kitchen that opens onto a terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom (with a shower and bathtub), and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms (each with one double bed), a toilet with a sink, and a loft. The basement features two bedrooms (each with two double beds), a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower.
The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, high-speed internet (fibre), a garden with a barbecue, a swing, and two outdoor parking spaces.
Amenities: A mobile supermarket/bakery visits the village daily.
Mini-markets in Mandailles (12 min), St. Julien (10 min), and St. Simon (13 min); supermarkets, petrol station, bank... in Aurillac (24 min), 2 restaurants in town.

Outdoor activities: Hiking and mountain biking trails, visit the Jordanne Gorges at the foot of the house, Lac des Graves (horseback riding, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, via ferrata…) 2 km away, the Puy Mary National Grand Site 15 min away, the visitor centre in Mandailles 12 min away (paragliding, rock climbing, canyoning, etc.), the St. Etienne-de-Cantales Dam (designated swimming area, jet skis, etc.), the Lioran resort 30 minutes away (summer and winter activities), and the Col de Légal cross-country skiing and snowshoeing area 20 minutes away.

Cultural activities: The city of Aurillac, the medieval town of Murat, Salers (named one of the most beautiful villages in France), Chaudes-Aigues and its 82° water, Garabit Viaduct (Gustave Eiffel), Street Theatre Festival (2020 edition cancelled)
Local farmers’ market on the village square every Friday evening in the summer. Farmers’ market in Mandailles (in the summer) and Velzic on Sunday mornings (every third Sunday of the month)
