Tranquil self-contained cottage

The bungalow is located just around the corner from the cafes and shopping in the Ballance Street Village, is on the same street as the museum and weekly farmers' market and only 10 - 15 minute walk from the Botanic Gardens and the CBD. Only a 10 minute drive to beautiful Wainui or Waikanae beaches.

This one bedroom bungalow is newly constructed, tastefully decorated and fully equipped if you want to cook for yourself. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. The garden is shared with the family house. NO CLEANING FEE!
Special conditions:
There is a small dog (Fox Terrier cross) on the property so must be ok with dogs.

Children welcome if you bring your own portable cot or co-sleep.

Please park on the street.

Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition, you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.
