A very pleasant 28-square-meter studio on the ground floor, with a view of the tropical garden, well-ventilated, and located near the most beautiful beaches in Martinique. <br>The studio is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning and a fan.<br>TV, Wi-Fi...<br>Small kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, and electric kettle...<br>Shower room with sink and hair dryer. <br>Bedroom with one 160+ bed, one single bed, and a cot <br>Sheets, towels, and tea towels are provided.<br>Close to the town of Sainte-Anne (10 min), where you’ll find all the shops you need (local market, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, convenience stores, etc.)<br>Anse-Caritan Beach is 200 metres away.<br>The beach bar and restaurant “Le Pirate Beach”<br>its water sports centre “Le Maya Beach” for children. <br>its bar and restaurant “People Beach” and its pool (free with purchase)......<br><br>Option: Cleaning fee recommended: 30€.<br>Flexible check-in and check-out. <br>A security deposit of 300€ is required upon arrival (cash or check).<br>
