Thank you for being great guests and enjoying the cottage as well. We would be hard pressed to find a nicer couple and would always be pleased to see you back.
The cottage was even better than the photos which is hard to believe because the photos were fantastic. This was a true oasis and Lesley was the perfect host. We loved all the thoughtful little touches... 2 x luggage racks plus a luggage bench in each room. The hot water bottles that matched the decor... truly Kiwiana. This is truly a place that feels like a private sanctuary.
Gorgeous property. The owner left fresh flowers and a generous welcome pack for us. Beautifully appointed cottage with everything you could possibly need. The views are fantastic and the location is excellent for exploring the region. Would stay again.

Thank you kindly Lenore and we would happily have you stay again.
Quiet, comfortable, charming cottage. Delightful outdoor seating area; views to the bay; five minute drive to village. Perfect stay! Wonderful owners live nearby.
Bronte Tides Cottage is a very special place with stunning views of the tidal estuary and sunrises. I stayed for 3 weeks and was delighted to find it even had an office room, which I could use for yoga as well as carrying on my business. Sunny and warm when the sun shines, and has a fire for the colder months.
Everything about our stay was as good as it could be, Home is well equipped and communication was very helpful. It was the location on the edge of the bay which really did it for us though. The outdoor space, setting and views are just glorious. Would have stayed longer if we could, would stay again if it wasn't on the other side of the world from home.
As soon as we pulled up we knew this was a special place. The garden is stunning and the house is extremely comfortable and attractive. Kayaking on the estuary was a big plus. Lesley and Darryl are extremely friendly and helpful, and left lovely little touches that made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Many thanks Sasha, we really appreciate your great review.
Very peaceful and relaxing cottage. Estuary views, lovely garden and comfortable decking space. Everything provided internally with a special owners touch ( flowers , and basket of treats ). Very clean, with good linen, comfortable furniture and sufficient heating. I am recommending Bronte.
The cottage had everything we could have asked for and the hosts were very obliging when we had an "odd" issue.
Stunning views, peaceful location. Highly recommended.
Very nice property in a fantastic location. We very much enjoyed the views from multiple rooms in the house and the backyard was lovely with a beautiful country garden surrounding it. Would definitely recommend this property.
Bronte is a charming English cottage with a divine garden and beautiful outlook. It is peaceful and it demands rest. If you’re wanting to be able to walk to cafes and restaurants this is not the place for you. If you are wanting tranquility and a short drive to wonderful cafes and a gorgeous village experience, this place is for you.
Thankyou very much Lesley and Darryl for our stay at your Book-a-Bach. This accommodation is definitely so much more than "bach" implies, beautifully appointed, spacious and in a beautiful location. We have had a lovely week visiting local family and thoroughly enjoyed all your place has to offer.
Also, many thanks for your welcome basket, which was well depleted !

Hello Glenis
We are so pleased you enjoyed your weeks holiday.
Thank you so much for keeping the cottage exceptionally clean and tidy. We loved hosting you.
Kind Regards
Lesley
What a lovely property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises, sheep, birds. And the outdoor space was especially enjoyable. We'd certainly stay again.
Perfect location, well appointed and equipped cottage, lovely view over the inlet , private and quiet yet near to the amenities and perfect for a variety of day trips. Gracious and helpful hosts . Could not have been better.
Thank you Lesley for a lovely family holiday. The cottage is peaceful with such a lovely outlook. The kids enjoyed running down the hill to the water. Close to nice cafes and shops but away from the crowds, which was perfect for us.
Sometimes, if you are lucky, the cottage you rent feels like home. In this case it probably is the happiest home you know. Beautifully situated looking out over the bay, three sheep as only neighbours, seating areas on every side, with the well maintained garden providing privacy and living space for all the birds that like to sing to you. Very comfortable inside, with walls full of art from the owners, it is a as if you step into another, far more peaceful world, the moment you enter the premises. Imagine your ideal cottage, this is it.

Bronte Tides was everything it was advertised to be and more!
The cottage or Bach has lovely views, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful artwork and friendly hosts. We took a spin in the kayaks on the estuary at high tide - fun! Nice welcoming basket. One of our better rental experiences ! Thanks Lesley
