BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS

(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

This 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath Lakefront home offers plenty of quality and spacious living and is conveniently located right on the edge of Table Rock Lake in Lampe. You can walk to the water's edge in less than 30 Seconds! Prepare to prop up your feet, listen to the birds, roast some marshmallows over the gas firepit, hear the white Bass jumping, or relax in the brand new Hot Springs hot tub! There is also a community boat ramp and swimming area just a short drive or even walking distance where you can play, swim, lounge, and enjoy the beautiful, serene Table Rock Lake. Better yet, bring your fishing gear and try your luck at a 5 or 10-pound big mouth bass right from the shoreline. If you want more adventure just head down the road 5-10 minutes to Baxter Boat dock and rent a boat and pull your kids on a tube or rent a slip if you decide to bring your own boat. On Table Rock Lake, there is so much to do including great fishing, boating, cliff Jumping, parasailing, diving, kayaking, canoeing, and tons of water sports! PLUS, you have access to all of the amenities at Chalets on Table Rock Lake Resort just across the lake (20 min drive!) which includes: Two luxury Pools, Waterslide, Kids Splash pad, professional Mini golf course, Sand Volleyball, Basketball, Tree House, Bocce ball, Horseshoe pit, Outdoor hot tubs, outdoor firepits with Free firewood, Paddle Boats, Kayaks, canoes and more!

The home is designed especially for you and your family's seclusion, relaxation, and vacationing needs. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with a wood stove and a wall of windows. You can gather by the fire pit at night and roast marshmallows, enjoy a barbecue dinner on the large outdoor dining set, or just sit back and relax and listen to nature. The kids will enjoy their favorite shows in the professional movie theatre or a game of pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with quality custom cabinets, a serpentine stainless steel kitchen sink, granite countertops, and stainless-steel professional appliances! The kitchen table is made from an old reclaimed covered bridge with seating for 6.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, flatscreen TV, and a luxury master bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, cozy bedding, and a flatscreen TV. Guest Bedroom #3 is downstairs furnished with a cactus wood queen size bed and nightstands, a comfy mattress, and luxury bedding. The 4th (Loft) bedroom downstairs features three custom twin size beds which are awesome for the kids. It also has two twin trundles for a little extra room.

*We love to be flexible when we can - free early check-in is often available during the off-season. Just send us a message to see if it's an option for your stay.
*No smoking, vaping or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings. Any pets (non-shedding small dogs in off-season) must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include a pet fee.
