The layout for the two villas is identical and can sleep up to 14 adults in total.
The property is set in a landscaped garden with splendid views of the Vaimaanga (water mountains). A seasonal stream borders to the West which adds to the tranquility of the property and excitement for young explorers. There are numerous seasonal fruit trees (coconut, Jack fruit, bananas and paw paw and chili) which guests may help themselves to.

The Villas share a 36sqm salt water swimming pool which has a large shallow area (step) for seating or for children to enjoy. Please note the pool is NOT fenced and therefore children need to be supervised at all times.

We understand the value in happy and entertained young ones and therefore have a special area dedicated just for them!
A custom designed tree house which also has a slide, climbing frame and sand pit and small swing.

We have a range of baby/toddler gear including porta cot, high chair, back pack carrier, toilet training seats, portable high chair and of course toys, books and kids movies.

The Villas are located 400m (walking distance) to arguably the best beaches on south west side of Rarotonga. The snorkeling and marine life are abundant in the south west part of the lagoon and easily accessible (no major rocky entrances).

The Villas are within 2 kms from a few Cafes, restaurants and the Wigmores superette. There is also a day spa and golf driving range within 2km. We are approximately 16km from Avarua town centre.

The property has WIFI an on site laundry facility and also baby sitting and airport transfer services at extra charge.
