Secluded Large Family Home and Section

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY for all queries ,instructions and possibility of any extra fees.
Large home with lots of room and large private back yard.
All bedrooms including bunkrooms have own door leading onto covered decking.
5 minute walk to safe swimming beach, playground, boat ramp, shop and Sunset Point Sports Bar.
Quiet and Safe No Exit Road,Semi Secluded.
Beautiful and safe Beaches,Fishing/Boating on either side of Mahia Peninsula.
Pleasant Cycling and Walking Areas.
Mahia Beach to Gisborne is about an hour or 40 minutes to Wairoa,
Also the Famous Morere Hot Springs is 25 minutes away.
Napier is about 2 and a half hours drive.
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only,Please use Ashtrays Provided,not grounds.
No Candles or outside open fires.
No Stag Parties or Large Rowdy Parties.
Excess Rubbish will be removed and charged to guests.

Lovely home with all the amenities you need, set in a peaceful location and offering plenty of space for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay.It may be helpful to update the property details on the Bookabach website, particularly the information around key collection and the internet name and password, to make arrival and settling in even easier for future guests. A welcome book would also be a great addition, providing helpful information about the house and outlining what is expected of guests on departure.We would happily stay again and would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Large extended family get together. Was lots of space and the backyard was fantastic. Lots of Cricket / Football and only a very short walk to the beach. Great spot.

Excellent facility for large groups. Kitchen/dining very good. Only downside is the commercial fishing boats which leave at arou d 5am next door waking everyone.

Awesome place to stay

This is our second year staying. The weather wasn’t great (unusually), but the house is so great the children had space to move and relax and the adults were all happy too. It is a really big comfortable house. 2 indoor living areas and a great back lawn as well as a large covered deck area where we ate all our meals despite the rain! The owners are awesome and communication is great. We are all coming back again next year!

Lovely place, no supplies

We love the house and location, great for large groups and close to the beach. Great outdoor area. We were disappointed in the supplies provided. We had a large group for nights, and where only provided 3 dishwasher tablets, 1/4 bottle dishwashing liquid, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 tea towels. Were asked to out on a load of washing as we where leaving but provided no powder. No sugar to cups of tea. A old scrubing brush but no scourer to clean pots.

Great house but early morning wakeups

This large house is very comfortable and has a lovely big lounge, nice open plan kitchen and beautiful covered deck and large garden. Its an easy stroll to either beach or to wander up mokotahi hill. The only issue waS the large fishing boat that headed out between 5 and 6 am about half the mornings we were there ... waking us up as the yard is right next to the house. Itd be fine if you yourself wanted to get up early but we didnt, and would have rented elsewhere if wed known. A shame as it was a great house and would be well set up for large groups with 2 big bunkrooms and the garage turned into a 2nd lounge. Thanks for a great stay anyway.
