Our home is ideal for young families – relaxed, spacious, and just a short 7–10 minute walk to the beach (a little longer with little ones in tow!). You’ll find Bayfair Shopping Mall and downtown Mount Maunganui’s cafes and shops just a quick drive away, with easy access to main roads and the ASB Stadium nearby.
Inside, you’ll enjoy:

We’re a family of four who grew up here in the Mount and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Coastal living is in our blood – from morning walks on the beach, surfing and sunset swims, to lazy afternoons with the kids playing cricket on the field nearby. The Mount has given us such a rich lifestyle, full of simple adventures and moments that bring us closer together.
Hosting allows us to open up not just our home, but also the community we love so much. We want our guests to experience the same sense of ease and joy that we do every day – whether that’s grabbing a coffee at a local café, wandering down to the waves, or simply relaxing in a sunlit corner of our house.
