Small dogs OK. Privacy from immediate neighbours, but with views across the valley to hills and out to the sea in the distance.
3 minutes drive to 2 train stations.

10 minutes drive to Titahi Bay beach for walks, swimming and surfing.
12 minutes drive to Wellington CBD, Te Papa National Museum, cable car, Rose Gardens etc.
Cosy and warm.
Part of large family home.
