Tippy Canoe apartment is well known holiday apartment in Wanaka. Set on a half-acre property 7 min from town centre it is stylishly appointed with new furnishings, quality bedding and appliances. There is an additional single foam mattress in the master bedroom perfect for a young child. The brand new kitchen has been equipped to satisfy the serious home cook. The large HD LED flat screen television comes with Netflix and Bluetooth sound bar. The modern gas heater ensures you will be comfortable no matter the weather. In winter superior quilts and electric blankets will keep out the winter chills. Plenty of storage for all your skiing equipment. Walking and cycling trails along the beautiful Clutha, Hawea and Cardrona Rivers almost at the backdoor. Tippy Canoe 1 bedroom makes the perfect getaway for one or two guests.
You will never forget having breakfast on your private verandah taking in the uninterrupted 180 degree views of the surrounding mountains and the Clutha River Valley. The apartment has its own laundry with new washing machine and dryer. You will enjoy your stay in this peaceful retreat.
