Very convenient location . Large, well equipped flat and with its own garden to relax in. Very well equipped and easy check in. Quiet at night, and extremely comfortable.Great hosts who made us feel very welcome.

From start to finish our stay has been excellent. Clean homely flat with all necessary amenities including being able to arrange washing.Mildred and Roy are pleasant, helpful hosts who will go the extra mile to make stays perfect. Comfortable bed , easy to use shower and plenty of tea/coffee/milk and other foodstuffs.We have rebooked for a longer stay here ! Convenient for many locations in Auckland as well.

Great location in Auckland to stay for a few weeks. Roy and Mildred were great hosts, very accommodating. A bit of a culture shock to air dry washed clothes, but the rented space was great.

Mildred and Roy were wonderful hosts and helped to make our stay exceptionally pleasant. The flat is a good size and well laid out with a separate lounge. There was a wide range of facilities. In particular we enjoy the fresh coffee and the bowl of fruit. There were lots of little thoughtful touches. It was great to be able to wash our clothes as well.The bathroom is a good size with a great easy-to-use shower.The property is located in a quiet area with a back garden for outdoor dining.I would certainly recommend this accommodation, central to Auckland with good bus links.We hope to return next year, it was so convenient to visit relatives and friends.Thank you Mildred and Roy.

This property is kept very clean and is well maintained. The listing for description and pictures are very accurate. The hosts are extremely polite and made our stay very welcoming. This property is within 20 minutes walking distance to multiple restaurants and conveniently located for all driving distances in Auckland. Very happy with this location.

Excellent Property and Managers

A wonderful stay with warm and inviting managers. Highly recommended ! Great central location with easy access to shops. Wonderful shower, a bed that takes you to your dreams in comfort, and a kitchenette that provides for your cuisine needs. Suited Me Perfectly

The premises served me well during a weeklong stay; it is close to where I grew up 60 years ago; it was a weeklong stay. It is spacious, well equipped and quiet. Is on a bus route; has off-street parking. The private yard is shared with the hosts, who were infrequestly in it. When called upon Mildred and Roy were very helpful.

Neat and clean, lovely hosts

My flight was delayed so i arrived after midnight but host made me feel immediately welcomed even at that hour. Premises was clean and had all the facilities i needed. One day they even brought a hone cooked meal to me and offered to drive me locally to shops etc as i was without a car. Lovely people , very respectful and friendly.

St Johns Convenience

Private, comfortable, spacious accommodation located underneath owner's residence. It had everything I needed and I will definitely stay here again. It was within walking distance of where I needed to be. Check in process was easy. I appreciated the extra touches such as fruit bowl, snacks and the umbrella discreetly left at the door when rain was apparent. Roy and Mildred were lovely and keen to offer assistance should I need it. Driveway to my accommodation was well lit at night and room also has an alarm system. Thanks Roy and Mildred, I really enjoyed my time there
