Just came back from a 3 night stay with friends. We all enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect winter getaway. A great place to unwind after a day of skiing. Start a fire in the fireplace, cook a nice meal on the BBQ, chill out in the sona, get a good night sleep and then repeat the following day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to family and friends.

Wonderful stay!

Marc is a very responsive host! This property worked out perfectly for our group of six. It’s a very peaceful retreat after a day of hiking /biking. There was always plenty of hot water for showers, and with three bathrooms, nobody had to wait very long. Highly recommend!

Modern rustic is a good definition for this beautifully appointed cabin with its warm and homey feel. The lovely decor, the nice amenities, the outdoor space and resort access all conspired to make what was for us a truly AWESOME experience. The location is fairly central too for a trip into Montreal and Mt Tremblant excursions. We had a couple of really good meals at the 2 local restaurants and the local community store is top notch. We highly recommend this place and rate it one of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. We’ll be back for sure!

Well run and managed location

This was a great stay. The booking and check-in process was flawless, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We were so impressed by how clean the house was and loved the location.While we had a great time, we wanted to mention a couple of things that could elevate the experience. The floors and beds were quite noisy, and the lack of blackout shades in the rooms meant it got very bright early in the morning. Addressing these things would make the property an easy five-star rating.

Excellent host, very responsive, very beautifully decorated block house (best part: no TV in main living room - there is a large tv in the beautiful living room downstairs - wifi is spotty though); the chalet is very clean; the beds are comfortable, there are lot’s of kitchen gadgets e.g., fondue set; a gorgeous fire place; we loved the swing chair in living room; the hot tub was perfect after long days of skiing. Also No 4x4 needed - our Honda Odyssey made it to the chalet but did not make it to the walking trail head at the end of Refuge Road, which is a road over from Fraternity and it would not have made it to several other rentals in the area despite snow tires. There are 2 restaurants and a store (freshly baked bread daily; firewood) in walking distance. Mont-Tremblant North was a 10 min drive.Missing 5th star: the kitchen felt dated and very tight -it did have lots of storage though and all that we needed for cooking every day; fridge was extremely noisy, electricity low for stove etc: takes long to heat up food; the floor boards were very creaky -we suggest the people that wake up first/early to sleep downstairs- ; walkway/stairs outside, as well as hot tub area/stairs were very icy and slippery upon arrival - therefore we would not recommend the chalet for people with mobility issues (in the winter).A sauna would have been nice and some real bath towels for the hot tub.Would we come back? Yes, Definitely - we had a fantastic stay.

Ski trip

Two families went on an extended weekend ski trip to Mont Tremblant and stayed at the chalet and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean. The owner was super responsive, we sent probably way too many questions and he always answered within minutes. Location is great for access to the North side of the mountain, about a nine minutes drive. Kids loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. One day the wind and temperature was very cold so only the two Dads skied and the kids still had a great time back at the house. We hope to stay here again!

Little bit difficult to find the property, as addresses are not clearly visible.Lots of dust around as if property has not been cleaned properly, we realize this is a chalet/cottage, but can be cleaned better.Accessibility for seniors/people with disabilities is a big question mark on the property.

Perfect White Christmas

About the location:We stayed there for a few days while skiing & snowboarding at Mont Tremblant. We're more about the slopes than about the crowds. We LOVED staying on that side of the mountain! Easy to get to by car and so quick to get to the top without having to wait in line for the Gondola. The cabin is close from 2 well rated restaurants which is great.About the cabin: We were 6 adults: my husband and I, our 3 kids and a 1. We LOVED the chalet. Kids enjoyed some time in the spa. It was bright with big windows and views of beautiful snow covered trees and hilltops during the day. It snowed when we were skiing/snowboarding and we came back to a cleared driveway and steps. The interior was well decorated and felt like a home. All basic necessities were provided (sheets/towels/soaps/kitchen linen/coffee) and the kitchen was well equipped.About the host:The owner/operator was very responsive, cordial, and replied quickly to our messages. When we go to Mont Tremblant again, we'll 100% stay in the same place.
