Very much enjoyed the accommodations

The lodging was so nice. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. Hot tub was delightful. Great view of the South Mountains. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Jill and Carl were wonderful hosts. Communication was great-- they regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and made recommendations for shopping and restaurants. The property is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The trails and fitness centre are perfect for active people.

We had a great stay!

Jill and Carl were very accommodating, we just had to ask if we needed something. During our six week stay we loved using the spa and enjoying the beautiful back area that is shared with the hosts and pool house. Hiking South Mountain was great, the trails were super close. Since we did make most meals at "home" it was a little difficult without a stove/oven but we did make it work. (There is a grill that is shared in the backyard) Overall, a positive stay! Thanks, Jill and Carl!

Very cozy and comfortable

Jill and Carl are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our stay at their property and enjoyed all of the amenities. Jill provided a list of activities , restaurants and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Awesome!!

This rental suite is awesome. Inside and outside are well kept and clean. Great views of the South Mountain with hikes very close by. Our hosts Jill and Carl were outstanding and very accommodating right from check in to check out. We always felt welcome in their presence. We were happy to have use of the BBQ and spa areas. The community is very secure and close to all amenities. We would ask to stay here again if we return to the Phoenix area in the future.

Fantastic, Above and beyond Super Hosts!

Excellent location,beautiful house and yard to enjoy grilling and just lounging, The unit was amazing,.Super clean, well appointed,wonderful bed and great kitchen .Had everything we needed.Would highly recommend to everyone. We will be going back next year

Perfect 2 day stay

Rental was immaculate and the perfect home away from home for our quick two day stay. Property and community amenities were beautiful, although we didn’t get a chance to use them. Great location with easy access to airport, restaurants, hiking and any stores you could need. Will definitely use again when visiting Phoenix. Thank you Jill and Carl!

Great place to stay in Phoenix

This was a great find! The house was very clean and was perfect size for my husband and I. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't have asked for better ones. If you going to be in the Phoenix area, you should stay here, we will be back.

Beautiful

The location is beautiful and the hosts stellar! Having the option to enjoy the pool at the house or the community pool was perfect. It is a new neighborhood and there was construction all around, so the days were a little more noisy outside than we imagine in the future.

Home away from Home

Jill and Carl were phenomenal hosts. They were very accommodating and provided everything I needed during my 4 week stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous. I sat on the front porch in the morning with my coffee and enjoyed the quiet nature, almost close enough to touch the spectacular south mountain. As an athlete, I appreciated the heated lap pool and spa, the state of the art gym, and the many trails and opportunities right outside the front door to ride my bike and run on various courses, including San Juan hill and the TV Towers at south mountain. The place has a great vibe as Jill and Carl intended. I’ll definitely be back!

Jill & Carl couldn’t be better hosts-they took care of my every need. In fact, the guest quarters has everything you could want! They are both gracious & accommodating. Honestly, I can’t wait to return. I can’t imagine any place better!
