This is a nice flat that's good for a whole family as there are 4 beds and a spacious living room. The location isn't accurate, it's actually much better than its Google Maps location. It's right next to the very centre of the city, with quick access to supermarkets and restaurants, in addition to the nice city park. Airport transfer cost USD10/MNT35,000 and I was picked up by the host's brother. There's a fridge, a stove, a rice booker, a kettle, a TV, a microwave, cutlery and plates etc. There's hot water with enough pressure and the flat was also very warm throughout my stay during winter.
