- This 2-story home requires 2 steps to enter. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor; however, interior stairs are required to access the remaining bedroom/full bathroom on the 2nd floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the pole barn facing the field, 2 cameras are located on the back patio facing out, 1 camera is on the front of the house facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the corner of the house facing the silo, and there is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry/driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Please do not use the trail on the east side of the property to get to the river. Guests must go through the center of the property to access it
- A long-term tenant resides on-site in a separate unit within the guest house, with a private entrance and driveway. No amenities are shared, and the tenant may be present during your stay. Some amenities are close to the guest house
- Bug spray is strongly recommended during the summer months due to seasonal insects in the area
