This modern 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom, North facing home showcases a dual key layout being, one-bedroom, one-bathroom on the upper level and three-bedrooms, two bathrooms on the lower level.

This airy, light-filled home comes with a relaxing balcony fitted with a weber BBQ. The balcony is positioned to the North which captures the stunning Lake and Mountain aspects.

The full kitchen on the upper level provides gas cooking, a pantry cupboard, and a dishwasher. The lower level offers a second full kitchen with a mounted oven and dishwasher. The lower level has a drying area for bad weather days. Each level has its own living and dining area with smart T.V in each.

The home is within walking distance to Lake Jindabyne and only a short drive to town amenities including restaurants, bars, cinema, and gym which allows you to take full advantage of everything Jindabyne has to offer. This home is perfectly located to offer easy access to the main routes to local ski resorts during the winter months.
