The house was exactly as described and in a great location for shopping and dining. One thing that was missing was outlets near side tables to charge phones at night.

We really liked the location, close to restaurants and shopping. We parked right outside the door, no issues with parking. And it was cute, great stay!

The unit was immaculate. Everything was clean. I was able to park my car directly in front of the unit which gave me a piece of mind.We are planning on renting that same unit in mid-April.

Cute and trendy

We had a quick trip to AZ and this house was just perfect for my husband and I. Our girls are in school out there and there was plenty of room for them to get to spend the night with us while we were in town. Clean, close to a lot of fun things and even walkable distance.

Cozy and comfortable

Property was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Owner communication was great and attentive. There is a bit of construction going on in the surrounding area but it did not get in the way of enjoying the place. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Property was clean and has an excellent location. My low rating is due to horrible communication with management company. If you care about response times don’t stay here when things aren’t going right. I had problems with getting into property and with WiFi…and they were so difficult to deal with - rude

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about the cleanliness and location. I’m very sorry for the poor communication and for the frustration with check‑in and the WIFI — that is not the experience we aim to provide. We’ve reviewed this with our team, reinforced our response standards, clarified the check‑in instructions, and had our techs verify the network. so there will be no confusion's going forward. Short trip for spring training

We decided to come down for spring training because I had never been. We chose this location because of distance to Scottsdale stadium . I was clearly impressed. It was fantastic. Clean comfortable and really close to everything. Would highly recommend staying there again. In fact we plan on doin it next year and staying for longer.

Check in was easy. But locating the entrance on first night was a challenge due to no lightings open outside the unit. Location is absolutely great as it is closed to lots of good places to visit including shopping and dine in.Amenities provided is good and just wish more bath soaps and shampoos provided knowing there are 5 guests. One of the bathroom has an improperly installed toilet bowl and leaking some toilet smell when not used. Great aircondition helping us to enjoy the inside after coming from a 100 degree weather outside.

Within walking distance to Old Town and many restaurants, bars and shops! We had an issue accessing the unit but the host company was quick to respond and reset the code to get us in. The unit is very boutique style, small but works cause there is so much to do and see in the area! Wish we had more time. Nicely decorated and clean. The master(king size) bedroom does not have an in suite bath. Rather, the bedroom with the two queen beds does. The second bathroom is very small. Beds are very comfy!! The shower door would not stay closed in the in-suite bathroom and the dishwasher had laying water in the machine. The king bedroom had a broken blind. Made the host aware of all issues. There was travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner for a couple showers. The kitchen had a travel size dish soap, a couple dishwasher tabs, sponge, coffee(one pot) and coffee filters also a couple laundry pods. On site parking was right outside the door to the unit! Patio door leads to a shared outdoor space but the vertical blinds provide privacy within the unit.

Thank you for staying with us and for the thoughtful review. I’m glad the location, comfy beds, cleanliness and on‑site parking worked well for you, and sorry about the initial access issue — happy our team could get you back in quickly. I also appreciate you letting us know about the shower door, dishwasher pooling and the broken blind — I apologize those inconveniences affected your stay. We’ll have maintenance address the shower door and blind and check the dishwasher drainage right away, and we’ll restock and standardize the in‑unit supplies. I’ll also review the listing language to make the bathroom layout clearer for future guests. We’d love to host you again — thanks for the helpful feedback. Scott — GoodNight Stay

There are no tv's in the bedrooms which is ridiculous since that means that you have sit and watch tv on the goodwill couch. The blinds in bedroom with the King bed have a hole in them so anybody walking by can see in. Particularly at night if the light is on. I had to place a bag over the hole during my stay. There are no curtains. The addition of some "black out" curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition otherwise you are up when the sun comes up. For me that was 5:15 a.m.The wooden coffee table in the living room is a joke. It teeter totters so if you try to set a drink on the table my very well end up on the floor. The communal courtyard is not that great since strangers walk up to the sliding glass door and can look right in. Happened a couple of times during my stay. The bathrooms need a couple of cheap soap dishes. Otherwise, you wind up making a mess with the soap on the sink. The kitchen sink had no drain cover so most utensils may fall into the garbage disposal. I put the vegetable strainer over the drain hole for my stay after having to fish a spoon out.I checked in around 4:30 pm after having to call to get the door code. After I checked in it took 2 hours to get the wifi access code after several messages to the host. They have placed carpets which are of no use in the living room and under the beds. Watch out! They are dangerous and you can trip and fall. The smoke detector is almost directly over the stove so It goes off
