The two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo is located in Pinoteau Village, Mt Tremblant Quebec 4-star resort, comfortably accommodates up to six people, with a foldaway cot provision for a seventh person if necessary. The condo, which is discounted by as much as 25% over similar units, is in a prime 3rd floor location at Pinoteau Village, with a spectacular panoramic view of the pool, lake and mountain. The living room has a log fireplace, The fully equipped kitchen has fridge stove, built in washer/ drier, dish washer, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils etc The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub Jacuzzi. Linens and towels are provided free with your rental for all guests booked plus hair drier. The MBR enjoys the balcony panoramic lake view. The second bedroom has two twin beds and has access to the main bathroom with shower stall. The living room contains a hideaway sofa bed. Free cable TV and high speed secured WI-Fi internet are included. A private basement closet is available for ski or bike storage which has its own lock up key.
A communal Pomerol building basement games room is also available for guests with pool table, ping pong, sofa large screen TV, internet access and sofa . Suitable for adults and children.

Outdoors, the condo has its own free parking allocation (#2234)and visitors parking is also available. The condo has direct access to the private 1000 ft beach with loungers and shade umbrellas right on Lac Tremblant, reserved exclusively for Pinoteau Village guests and free summer access to the resort's kayaks and paddle-boats . The outdoor pool, as seen from the balcony, is also seasonally available to condo guests. Free hard court tennis can be reserved on line. The rear of the condo has good access to a wooded area which can be used to exercise pets etc.
During summer, enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool, lake, and mountain or watch the skiers on the mountain in winter from the living room. And don't forget the fall rhapsody of colours. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom via their own patio doors

Pinoteau Village is just a short walk or one minute drive) from the main south side Mt Tremblant downhill ski centre/ all season St Bernard pedestrian recreation village with a municipal shuttle service available. Year round festivals (including blues fest, shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are all part of the St Bernard pedestrian village. The annual Tremblant Iron man races also begin from the entrance to Pinoteau Village.

The condo is in the heart of the groomed Tremblant cross country ski / bicycle/hiking trail network and the region's best known golf course (Le Geant) is a 2 minute walk away. Old Tremblant village with a Metro super market is a five minute drive away. It is also 10 km from down town Mt Tremblant (formerly St Jovite) with restaurants, bars and shops.

Winter cross-country ski trails, running right outside the condo, become biking and hiking trails in the other seasons. The Le Geant main Tremblant golf course also adjoins Pinoteau Village resort and is just a two-minute walk away. An indoor leisure pool and sports facility is also only minutes away at the pedestrian village. Other area golf courses are close by.

Mt Tremblant and the surrounding immediate area offers a great range of four-season recreation including, first class downhill skiing at several locations, cross-country skiing, trails, outdoor skating rink, tubing, year round Nordic spas and in-line skating, etc. Summer lake excursions, children's ctivities, indoor water slides abd tram rides to the Mt Tremblant summit.
