Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off air conditioning.
Ensure the spa cover is secured and fully locked.
Leave all beds unmade.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floors.
Place all used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Wine glasses and kitchen knives do not go in the dishwasher. Please handwash.
Lock up all doors, fly screens & windows.
Please return the House Keys to the Lockbox on the pole at the end of the driveway and scramble the numbers.
Please close the gate, lock the Lockwood padlock and return the Gate Key to the Lockbox .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We chose the Hawkesbury because it offers the perfect balance of space, nature and adventure. It feels a world away from city life, yet it’s still only around 90 minutes from Sydney, making it easy for families to arrive relaxed rather than exhausted.
What we love most is the sense of openness and calm. There’s room for kids to explore, breathe and play freely, and space for adults to slow down and unwind. The changing seasons, starry nights, fresh air and surrounding farmland create a peaceful backdrop that instantly helps you switch off.
At the same time, the area is full of things to do such as fruit picking, river activities, bushwalks, local markets, historic villages and exploring the nearby Blue Mountains. You can be as active or as relaxed as you like.
For us, the Hawkesbury is about families spending quality time together, feeling connected and enjoying shared adventures, and that’s what we wanted to offer our guests.
