The 2-bedroom condos at The Charter offer a master bedroom with a queen or king size bed and a master bathroom . The second bedroom features a king, queen or two twin-size beds along with a second bathroom . A queen-size sofa bed in the living room provides space for up to 6 guests per unit. Each condo features an electronic door lock, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a private balcony or patio. Additional in-unit amenities include a washer and dryer, TV/DVD player, cable, complimentary high-speed internet access, and a phone with voicemail and dataport. The fully equipped kitchen comes with major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, as well as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more. Wall safe, humidifier, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and plush terry bathrobes in adult and children sizes are available for use during your stay.

Parking Notes: The Charter offers one (1) parking space per unit. Additional cars may be permitted depending on availability. If you plan on arriving with two vehicles, please call the front desk at 970-949-6660 in advance of your arrival to arrange. Parking is located in an underground lot (not heated).

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
