Cosy one bedroom studio in a Serene backyard. Minutes away to all amenities
This special place is close to the transport links into Auckland CBD as well as being a quick stroll to the local shops, Kendal bay beach, bush walk and supermarkets. Therefore getting around during your visit is really easy.
The backyard bush is Serene and a lovely place to spend your time in the outdoors whilst enjoying the decked areas, fish ponds and native parrots!
The space
A nice open lounge and kitchen where guests can cook and relax. The bedroom has an ensuite with a Queen size bed and double wardrobe and 42 inch TV in the lounge. The three seater sofa which can fold and use it as a king single bed.

Full access to the external decks including the gym.
