Dear Baydn, thank you for your king review, I am very glad you enjoyed your stay . I agree that it is always good to have plenty of space to roam! Warm regards, Katrina
Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months.

Hi Paulette, I am so glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds - it makes such a difference to a stay away!! It is a warm house and I love the view too. I am not sure what you mean about the communication as it was sent as soon as we received your booking and when you rang, you said you didn’t want to log onto the app which is the usual way of communicating- so I sent it to your personal email within an hour. Warm regards, Katrina
