The property was listed as a 2 bedroom house. When we looked at the pictures after booking it appears to be a basement suite with no kitchen.Further, while we were on route from our home city (a 4 hour drive) we received a call from the host informing us that he was unable to honour our reservation and we would have to contact Verbo for a rfund. NOT COOL. We had to make other arrangements.In fairness to Verbo, after a lengthy phone conversation they arranged a full refund and offered to help us find other accommodations, but we had already found a hotel room.
