Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large double fridge with freezer drawer. Front load washing machine and dryer provided. Sheltered outdoor pergola area with outdoor dining. Flat plate barbecue; portable fish cleaning sink provided. Secure rear yard with good off street boat parking behind fence. Driveway parking for 4 cars, no garage access. Sorry, pets not permitted.
