Ensuite bathroom adjoining master queen bedroom with walk-in shower, vanity & toilet; Main bathroom with bath, walk-in shower & vanity; Separate toilet. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout. Wall mounted television (with USB & HDMI ports) in master bedroom. Open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining & lounge; Large television with USB & HDMI ports in lounge room; CD player; Radio. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine (guests need to bring Caffitaly-compatible pods to use) & large fridge with freezer on top. Kids retreat has large television with USB & HDMI ports; DVD player; DVDs; Board games; Tabletop arcade games. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board; Fold-up clothesline in rear yard. Outdoor entertaining area on rear deck with seating; Flat plate gas barbecue. Fenced rear yard with lawned area; Fish cleaning sink. Off-street driveway parking behind fence for 3 cars or 2 cars & a boat; No guest access to shed. 10-minute walk to beach.
